Before we add our list of resources and various diet plans, we’re going to set the foundation to choose the right diet for you.

You have to ask yourself: What is your goal?

That’s the paramount factor to consider before you pick a diet.  Your output of energy directly reflects what type of diet or relationship you will need to have with food.
A person trying to look good is going to have a completely different plan of nutrition than an athlete that is training for the CrossFit Games or a specific athletic pursuit.
